Welcome to the JGSLA Blog!
Welcome to the new JGSLA blog. You have probably noticed that you haven’t received Dates & Updates this year. Hal Bookbinder has worked on that publication for some ten years, and he asked to be relieved of that job. In the absence of anyone else to take it over, Hal suggested we try a blog. So here we are. This will be the main communication avenue for news and announcements regarding the Society and out members. Right now, you can directly comment on any message, and if you want to post a message, please send it to president@jgsla.org

I am looking for a researcher who can find records for 1850-1900 Galicia. yes, I have tried the Gesher Galicia link and those seem to focus on polish records rather then eastern Galicia. Does anyone know of a reliable researcher in Europe at a reasonable price.
