Would you like to look at the 1950 Census?
Would you like some help finding a record or a ship manifest?
Would you like some help figuring out what sources to use?
Do you need family documents translated?

The library has 50 computers, is home to our JGSLA book collection, Roots-Key
collection, US Immigration Passenger Arrival Records, and map collection.


JOIN THE JGSLA
(you can join at the door) for an afternoon of mentor-assisted research. We will be by your side to help.

Topic: Introduction to Jewish Genealogy w/ Focus on Ellis Island Related Records;  The talk will be available on Zoom.

Translators will be available to assist in document translations. Please RSVP contact programs@jgsla.org to arrange for a translator by November 10, 2025. Translators are free to JGSLA members. Tell us what the language is, what type of material you need translated, what form it is in, and the quantity of material.

MENTORS CORNER will be available during the day.
