What Our Ancestors Brought With Them When They Emigrated

Sunday, July 28, 2024

Synagogue opens at 1:00 P.M.

Program begins at 1:30 P.M.

Program Description:

The July program is the third in a series on immigration. It will be a fun “show and tell” with a panel of Jewish genealogists, Laura Gold and Sandy Malek, talking about items and documents brought by their ancestors. Items reveal important information about family history and genealogy. The program is planned to be interactive and people are encouraged to bring items to share. It is time that we, as a society, get together, talk genealogy and share. We look forward to an interactive and social experience.

Panel leaders will be JGSLA President Laura Gold and immediate past president Sandy Malek.

JGSLA MEMBERS FREE – $5 FOR GUESTS, ALL ARE WELCOME!
