Los Angeles Family History Library (Entrance off of Manning Ave. at Santa Monica Blvd.) 1591 E.Temple Way, West Los Angeles, CA 90024 Would you like some help finding a record or a ship manifest? Would you like some help to know what sources to use? Do you need family documents translated? JOIN THE JGSLA  (you can join at the door)  for an afternoon of mentor-assisted research.  We will be by your side to help. Translators: Yiddish,  Polish,  Russian,  German and Hebrew (please send an e-mail to  translations@jgsla.org  for translator appointments)

April 30 via Zoom Only –  The All Lithuanian Database Including Resources for NE Poland and Belarus. Speaker Judy Baston, a long-time Board member of LitvakSIG and lead for several Belarus District Research Groups of LitvakSIG.
May 21 – The Laemmle Family of the Kingdom of Württemberg, Famous for Movie Production and Theaters, Reunites in Germany. Speaker Deborah F. Blum, the family member who, motivated by the reunion in Germany, researched the family and will speak to its significant stories.
